The data path

Hydrological remote sensing
Collection planning, tasking coordination, and the conversion of satellite and airborne observations into products a hydrologist can stand behind. Water in the scene is the point, not a side effect of a land-cover job.

Scheduled pulls, event-driven captures, and the glue between sensors, downlink, and partner feeds. If a basin goes quiet, that is a systems problem, and we treat it as one.

Calibration, quality control, and derived hydrology products. Pipelines with owners, not a pile of notebooks that only ran once during the pilot.
