HydroLynx / TriLynx
Novastar 5 administration and the service integrations that sit next to it.
HydroLynx · Novastar 5 · GIS
JWR Contract Services administers HydroLynx products and TriLynx Novastar 5, including the service integrations around them. We write the realtime backends that take SCADA-sourced data through acquisition, storage, processing, and dissemination. That includes remote monitoring of Morningstar TriStar and SunSaver MPPT telemetry into the same databases. We set up, remotely monitor, and operate AXIS and Sunba web cameras, including putting those feeds on EOC dashboards.
The stack
The work is administration, integrations, and custom services that have to stay up. Gauges, seismic feeds, MPPT telemetry, camera streams, and GIS products have to land in the archive and the EOC without a science project in the middle.

Novastar 5 administration and the service integrations that sit next to it.
02
Custom realtime backends for acquisition, storage, processing, and dissemination.
03
Morningstar TriStar and SunSaver telemetry, monitored remotely and stored.
04
Earthquake data processed for monitoring and alerts, not left as raw traces.
05
ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro processing, ArcGIS REST services, and webmaps.
06
AXIS and Sunba web cameras, set up, watched remotely, and run from the EOC.
07
Precipitation, streamflow, earthquake, cameras, and other telemetry on the wall.
01
Hands-on work with HydroLynx products and TriLynx, with the emphasis on Novastar 5 administration and the services integrations around it. Configuration, upkeep, and the glue to the rest of the shop.
02
Custom backends that acquire, store, process, and disseminate SCADA-sourced data as it arrives. Built for telemetry that cannot wait for a nightly batch.
03
Earthquake monitoring pipelines that take incoming seismic data through processing and into alerts. Same discipline as the hydrology feeds. Same expectation that the product shows up on watch.
04
Data processing in ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro. ArcGIS REST services development and support. Webmap creation for the people who have to see the basin, the gauges, and the events on a map.
05
TriStar and SunSaver charge controllers. Remote monitoring of MPPT telemetry for data acquisition and database storage, so the solar side of a remote site lands in the same archive as the gauges.
06
Setup, remote monitoring, and day-to-day operation of AXIS and Sunba web cameras. Feeds integrated into EOC dashboards so the duty officer sees the site, not a separate camera vendor page.
07
Acquisition and processing for other remote sensing telemetry beyond precipitation, streamflow, earthquake, MPPT, and cameras. If it comes in from the field and has to be stored, processed, and handed to a dashboard, that is in scope.
EOC dashboards
We build the services that power EOC dashboards for precipitation monitoring and alerts, earthquake monitoring and alerts, streamflow monitoring and alerts, AXIS and Sunba camera feeds, and other remote sensing telemetry. The dashboard is the last hop. The contract is the path that keeps it current.
Illustrative layout. Not live gauges or events. The clock is real UTC.
AI consulting
We do not park a chatbot next to a broken Novastar or SCADA path. Integration first. Then agents that read the precipitation, streamflow, and seismic products you already run. Consulting includes telling you when a threshold rule is the honest answer.
Information
Novastar work, SCADA backends, Morningstar MPPT telemetry, AXIS and Sunba cameras, ArcGIS REST, EOC dashboards, and AI questions all go to the same address. We will tell you if we are the right contractor.
