Sense
Satellite and airborne hydrology observations, tasked and timed to the basin.
Hydrology · remote sensing · AI
JWR Contract Services takes hydrological remote sensing through the rest of the job: acquisition, processing, storage, and dissemination. We also consult on AI, including agents that watch those same feeds.
The data path
Hydrology programs stall in the middle. A scene is collected. The duty officer never sees a product. We take that stretch as the job, from ingest through a dashboard that actually hangs on the wall.
01
Satellite and airborne hydrology observations, tasked and timed to the basin.
02
Ingest from platforms, gauges, partners, and archives without silent gaps.
03
Calibration, quality flags, and derived products in repeatable pipelines.
04
Versioned archives that stay queryable after the event is over.
05
EOC dashboards, APIs, briefings, and file drops to the people on watch.
01
Collection planning, tasking coordination, and the conversion of satellite and airborne observations into products a hydrologist can stand behind. Water in the scene is the point, not a side effect of a land-cover job.
02
Scheduled pulls, event-driven captures, and the glue between sensors, downlink, and partner feeds. If a basin goes quiet, that is a systems problem, and we treat it as one.
03
Calibration, quality control, and derived hydrology products. Pipelines with owners, not a pile of notebooks that only ran once during the pilot.
04
Archives that remain queryable years later. Versioned products, documented schemas, and access that matches how the work is actually classified and shared.
05
EOC dashboards, briefings, APIs, and file drops. The deliverable is a duty officer seeing the basin, not a zip file sitting in a shared drive.
Dissemination
Operations floors do not need another slide. They need stage, satellite status, and product age in the same glance. We design and build those views on top of the data path above.
Illustrative layout. Not live data, and not a promised SLA. The clock is real UTC.
AI consulting
We do not park a chatbot next to a broken pipeline. Integration first. Then agents that read the hydrology products you already paid for. Consulting includes telling you when a threshold rule is the honest answer.
Information
Statements of work, teaming, and technical questions all go to the same address. We will tell you if we are the right contractor.
